Art. 3.° La Secretaría de Hacienda i Fomento incorporará en su cuenta los créditos a que se refiere el artículo que precede, i ejecutará las demas, operaciones relativas a la liquidacion, ordenacion i legalizacion de los gastos de correos i telégrafos (personal i material) que hubieren ocurrido i ocurran en la presente vijencia económica i en las subsiguientes.
