Art. 298. Siempre que se proceda por varios cargos, se propondrán por separado las cuestiones correspondientes, á cada uno; y cuando haya varios encausados, también se propondrán separadamente las cuestiones relativas á cada uno de ellos, de modo que cada serie de cuestiones sea siempre respecto á un cargo y á un solo encausado.
