La Junta Directiva del establecimiento procederá a la reforma en los estatutos del Banco, para amoldarlos a las disposiciones de la presente Ley. En tal reforma se establecerá que la Junta Directiva quedará compuesta de cinco miembros, designados tres por el Gobierno y dos por los demás accionistas.
