El incumplimiento por parte de los interesados en la remisión de las copias, dará lugar a la cancelación de plano de la matrícula. El incumplimiento por parte de los Notarios y Registradores en dar los avisos de que trata el artículo 56, dará lugar a que se les impongan multas de $ 10 a $100, que se harán efectivas con jurisdicción coactiva una vez ejecutoriada la respectiva resolución.
