El objeto del presente Decreto es establecer medidas de formalización de los espectáculos públicos de las artes escénicas, el cumplimento del derecho de autor y las funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control de la Unidad Administrativa Especial -Dirección Nacional de Derecho de Autor sobre las sociedades de gestión colectiva de derecho de autor, derechos conexos y entidades recaudadoras.
