° La Junta del Centenario de Antonia Santos gozará de franquicia telegráfica para todo lo que se refiere a la Exposición agrícola e industrial que se ha proyectado, siempre que los telegramas no excedan de cuarenta palabras. Las contestaciones que por los destinatarios se den a dichos telegramas, se transmitirán libres de porte, siempre que sean pertinentes y no excedan de veinte palabras.
