º . La remuneración de los Notarios la constituyen las sumas que reciban de los usuarios por la prestación de sus servicios, de acuerdo con las tarifas legales, y por subsidios que les fije el Fondo Nacional del Notariado o la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro cuando fuere el caso.

Con esta remuneración los Notarios están obligados a costear y mantener el servicio.
