Cotización al sistema general de pensiones a partir del 1° de enero de 2008 . La tasa de cotización al sistema general de pensiones será del 16% del ingreso base de cotización. El valor total de la tasa de cotización de los docentes afiliados al Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio será de 28.5% del ingreso base de cotización. (Decreto número 4982 de 2007, artículo 1°).
