Artículo primero. El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores comunicará oportunamente a la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria y al Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior la realización de toda reunión internacional donde vayan a tratarse asuntos de transporte marítimo y dará traslado a tales entidades del temario correspondiente.
