Cumplimiento de los límites. Las entidades a que se refiere el presente Título deberán dar cumplimiento permanente a los límites. Para esto, deberá tener en cuenta la base del patrimonio de la que trata el artículo 2.35.11.1.3 del presente decreto, calculado con base en los estados financieros individuales.

Parágrafo

La base del patrimonio será calculada con base en la última información reportada a la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia. Para el efecto, las entidades de las que trata este Título se sujetarán a las instrucciones que, conforme a sus facultades legales, expida la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.
