Las autoridades ambientales podrán delegar la función del seguimiento ambiental de las Licencias Ambientales y de los Planes de Manejo Ambiental en otras autoridades ambientales mediante la celebración de convenios interadministrativos en el marco de la Ley 489 de 1998 o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya.
