Unidad de Información.- Créase en el Ministerio de Minas y Energía la Unidad de Información Minero Energética, que tendrá el carácter de Unidad Administrativa Especial, cuyo objetivo será el de establecer y operar una base única oficial de información para el sector minero energético, con el fin de garantizar una información confiable, oportuna y consolidada.
