ARTICULO 41. Normas Generales para Reuniones de la Junta Directiva. - En ausencia del Ministro de Defensa Nacional, presidirá la reunión de la Junta Directiva de SATENA, en su orden

El Director del Departamento Administrativo de la Aeronáutica Civil.

El Comandante de la Fuerza Aérea. El Gerente de SATENA asistirá a las reuniones de la Junta Directiva con derecho a voz pero sin voto. Actuará como Secretario en las reuniones de la Junta Directiva el funcionario que determine el Gerente de SATENA.

Parágrafo

La Junta Directiva podrá sesionar válidamente con la asistencia de tres (3) de sus miembros y las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría. CAPITULO XII. DEFENSA CIVIL COLOMBIANA
