º. Ejecución de la política de comercio exterior. El Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior tendrá a su cargo la ejecución de la política del Gobierno en materia de comercio exterior, para lo cual actuará en estrecha coordinación con las demás entidades gubernamentales que desarrollen labores complementarias o similares, especialmente con el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, la Dirección General de Aduanas el Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones.
