ARTICULO 1.2.0.5.4 . REMUNERACION. La remuneración mensual de los revisores fiscales de las empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado y de las sociedades de economía mixta, sometidas al régimen de dichas empresas, de que trata el artículo 1.2.0.5.1. del presente estatuto, en ningún caso, de conformidad con lo establecido por el decreto 135 de 1991, podrá ser superior al ochenta por ciento (80%) de la que corresponda al representante legal de la entidad.
