Curso de comando. Los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, para ascender al grado de Mayor o Capitán de Corbeta, deberán adelantar y aprobar un curso de acuerdo con la programación académica propuesta por los respectivos Comandos de Fuerza y aprobada por el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de Oficiales del Cuerpo Administrativo, el curso a que se refiere este artículo, tendrá un contenido académico diferente.
