ARTICULO 118 . Todo Patrón de Nave de Pesca Artesanal estará en posesión de su correspondiente Licencia de Navegación, expedida por la Autoridad Marítima. Para ello, sin embargo, la Autoridad Marítima dará un plazo prudencial, mientras los interesados puedan demostrar su idoneidad, no mayor de doce (12) meses, vencido el cual deberán obtener su Licencia de Patrón de Pesca Artesanal, con las restricciones que fueren necesarias.
