El que tenga acceso carnal con una mujer mayor de catorce años y menor de diez y seis, aun con su consentimiento, está sujeto a la pena de uno a seis años de prisión.

Esta pena se aumentará hasta en una cuarta parte en cualquiera de los casos previstos en los numerales del artículo 318.
