Destínase igualmente la suma de veinte mil pesos para la construcción de un pabellón para enfermedades infecciosas en el Hospital de San José de la ciudad de Bogotá.

Parágrafo

Esta suma se dividirá así: la mitad en la vigencia actual, y la otra mitad se incluirá en el Presupuesto para 1914.
