LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 1º Los sorteos de carácter ordinario que realicen las Loterías Oficiales en desarrollo de la Ley 64 de 1923, sólo podrán efectuarse una vez por semana.

En la realización de los sorteos ordinarios, las Loterías Oficiales deberán observar estrictamente el plan de premios que para ese efecto haya sido expedido y aprobado por las autoridades competentes.

Los sorteos ordinarios se efectuarán en los días y fechas que señala el calendario anual de juegos adoptado por cada entidad.
