Además del auxilio de que hablan los artículos anteriores, el Gobierno, por medio del Administrador de la Colonia, suministrara la herramienta necesaria a los colonos para establecer los primeros cultivos de víveres y pastos y las indispensables para la explotación del caucho. Estas herramientas serán suministradas en calidad de devolución; el Administrador llevara una cuenta de este, y serán devueltas cuando dicho empleado estime convenirte su devolución.
