Adiciónese un inciso al parágrafo 3° del artículo 136 de la Ley 769 de 2002, modificado por el artículo 23 de la Ley 2050 de 2020, el cual quedará así:
Los cursos a los que se refiere este artículo deberán incluir contenidos de seguridad vial que promuevan el respeto en la vía por los usuarios de la bicicleta.
