Objeto de las facultades de inspección, vigilancia y control . Las facultades otorgadas en el presente decreto al Archivo General de la Nación y a los Consejos de Archivos, tienen por objeto lograr el cumplimiento, de forma preventiva y correctiva de la Ley General de Archivos y demás normatividad expedida para su desarrollo.
