Junto con los planos y presupuestos de que habla el artículo anterior, presentará el interesado la lista de los elementos y materiales que desea introducir o transportar, y para los cuales pide la correspondiente rebaja de derechos de aduana o de fletes, según el caso. Así mismo prometerá formalmente y por escrito, no emplear dichos elementos y materiales en nada distinto al edificio a que se refieren los planos presentados.
