Articulo 64. La gerencia de la Zona Franca sera responsable. 1° De todo daño proveniente de negligencia comprobada en la custodia y manejo de las mercancias. 2° De perdidas faltas y averias ocurridas a las mercancias despues de depositadas en sus almacenes y hasta su entrega a los consignatarios de las mismas.
