Los médicos veterinarios y estudiantes de medicina veterinaria que cumplan con los requisitos del presente Decreto, recibirán de las respectivas Juntas de Títulos Veterinarios la licencia para ejercer, la cual será anotada previamente en el libro destinado al objeto. Las Juntas remitirán a las autoridades correspondientes los nombres de los médicos veterinarios que puedan ejercer en cada Departamento.
