Art. 30. Será de cargo del Gobierno el pago de las asignaturas correspondientes á las Facultades de Derecho y Ciencias matemáticas que se abran en el Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario. Este Establecimiento pagará con sus fondos propios sus empleados particulares y los profesores de las asignaturas de Filosofía y Letras y de las otras que tenga á bien establecer.
