Auxíliase a los damnificados por el incendio ocurrido en la población de Balboa, del Departamento de Caldas, con la cantidad de veinticinco mil Pesos ($25,000), y con la de veinte mil pesos ($20,000), a los inquilinos damnificados por el incendio de la plaza de mercado cubierto de Tuluá, que ocupaban, el día del accidente, los locales y puestos de venta de dicho edificio y perdieron totalmente los bienes que en aquellos tenían depositados.
