°. Control de cumplimiento. El incumplimiento en el reporte oportuno de información de que trata el presente decreto, generará las sanciones disciplinarias a que haya lugar. Para tal efecto, el Contador General de la Nación informará a la autoridad competente el listado de las entidades territoriales que incumplieron, con el fin de que se inicie el respectivo proceso.
