Artículo 222 . Los ascendientes del padre o la madre tendrán derecho para impugnar la paternidad o la maternidad, aunque no tengan parte alguna en la sucesión de sus hijos, pero únicamente podrán intentar la acción con posterioridad a la muerte de estos y a más tardar dentro de los 140 días al conocimiento de la muerte.
