Todo trabajo relacionado con el ejercicio de las Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y profesiones afines debe ser dirigido, según el caso, por Ingeniero cuya matrícula corresponda a la especialidad profesional que la obra requiera. Si para la ejecución de la obra se exige licencia, en ésta se incluirá el nombre, apellido y el número de la matrícula del Ingeniero.
