° El artículo 2° del Decreto 357 de 1990, quedará así: “Artículo 2° La doctora Margarita Mena de Quevedo, tendrá derecho a pasajes aéreos en primera clase y viáticos a razón de US$ 285.00 dólares diarios durante el término de la comisión, los cuales se cancelarán con cargo al presupuesto de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, Ecopetrol”.
