Facúltese al Gobierno Nacional para que dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la vigencia de esta ley, adecue la estructura administrativa de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio a las nuevas responsabilidades como autoridad única de competencia, así como su régimen presupuestal a las disposiciones que sobre derechos de seguimiento y multas se encuentran contenidas en esta ley.
