Art 12 Cuando alguna Aduana no reciba el respectivo ejemplar de la factura consular, ni tampoco la presente el interesado, se reconocerá los bultos a que ella deba referirse, siempre que estén incluidos en el sobordo del buque y de clarados en el manifiesto, y se liquidarán los derechos conforme a la clase de la Tarifa que correspondan con 10 por 100 de recargo
