Art. 14. La ración diaria que debe suministrarse á cada presidiario ó recluso de los Establecimientos de castigo para la alimentación, el alumbrado y el jabón, será de treinta centavos que se abonarán del Tesoro nacional. Esta ración no se entregará ni en dinero ni en especie á los reos, pues en todo caso deben prepararse los alimentos en común.
