El Ministerio de Obras Públicas, procederá a la construcción de un edificio para el funcionamiento de las Oficinas Nacionales en el lote de propiedad del Municipio, situado en la Plaza de Bolívar, de la ciudad de Chinchiná, en el Departamento de Caldas.

Parágrafo

Dicho edificio no podrá ser inferior de tres plantas.
