Artículo tercero. La Junta podrá autorizar al Jefe de la Oficina Administrativa para adquirir directamente dentro del país, los equipos, elementos y útiles para todas las oficinas de la Presidencia, hasta por la suma de $ 5.000.00, mediante la previa información comercial de las cotizaciones u ofertas de tres o más personas distintas, naturales o jurídicas, visadas por la Contraloría General de la República y con el lleno de las demás formalidades legales.
