Mientras inicia su actuación el Consejo Directivo de los establecimientos educativos estatales, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que expida el Gobierno Nacional para desarrollar las disposiciones de la ley 115 de 1994 al respecto, continuará ejerciendo las funciones de administración de los Fondos de Servicios Docentes, el Comité Administrador de los mismos, creado por el Decreto 398 de 1990.
