Artículo undécimo. Ni la expedición de las constancias de que trata el presente Decreto, ni el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de inscripción y de suministro de datos estadísticos, señaladas a los establecimientos de enseñanza y a sus Rectores o Directores, podrán ser gravados directa o indirectamente con impuestos o tasas que no estén expresamente determinadas por la ley.
