° Funcionarios del Ministerio de Higiene y del de Obras Públicas, procederán a hacer un estudio completo sobre la falta de letrina en las habitaciones utilizadas por sus propietarios y los presupuestos para la solución definitiva del problema a que se refiere la presente Ley.
