Art 1.° Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que éntre en arreglos con los Estados por lo que se les adeuda por su participacion en la renta de Salinas, i para que pague a dichos Estados lo que la Nacion quede a deberles, conforme a los arreglos celebrados.
