E] que seduce tropas o usurpe el mando de ellas, de un buque de guerra, nave aérea o puesto militar, o el que retiene ilegalmente el mando que se le ha confiado, con el propósito de cometer el delito de rebelión, sedición o asonada, queda sujeto a las sanciones fijadas para estos delitos, disminuidas hasta en dos terceras partes.
