P oblación sujeta a retén social. El servidor público que tenga la condición de padre o madre cabeza de familia sin alternativa económica; limitación visual o auditiva; limitación física o mental y personas próximas a pensionarse en el término de tres (3) años contados a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, continuará vinculado laboralmente hasta la culminación de la liquidación de la entidad o hasta que mantengan la condición para estar amparados con la protección especial, lo que ocurra primero.
