Artículo tercero. Tanto el señor Vicario Apostólico, como el señor Jefe del Cuerpo de Bomberos de Tumaco, sin perjuicio de las cuentas que deben rendir a la Contraloría General de la República, darán cuenta de la inversión de los fondos respectivos al Ministerio de Gobierno, dentro de los 30 días siguientes al en que se haya completado la inversión. Comuníquese y publíquese.
