El Conciliador deberá reportar en forma inmediata ante las Centrales de Información Financiera, la aceptación del trámite de negociación de deudas, así como el cumplimiento o no del Acuerdo de Pago pactado entre el deudor y sus acreedores. El manejo de dicha información se hará de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley 1266 de 2008 o Ley de Hábeas Data.
