º . Afiliación cuando existen contratos simultáneos . Cuando el trabajador independiente celebre o realice simultáneamente varios contratos civiles, comerciales o administrativos y desee afiliarse al Sistema General de Riesgos Profesionales, deberá hacerlo por la totalidad de los contratos. En consecuencia, deberá afiliarse a cada una de las Administradoras de Riesgos Profesionales a las que se encuentren afiliados los diferentes contratantes con los que hubiere celebrado los contratos civiles, comerciales o administrativos a los que se refiere este decreto, dejando constancia de dicha afiliación en los respectivos contratos.
