º . Suprímese en el Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República el Programa Presidencial para el Desarrollo de las Tecnologías de la Información y de las Comunicaciones.

Parágrafo

Las funciones establecidas en el artículo 13 del Decreto 127 de 2001, serán asumidas por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, quien en un plazo no superior a un mes, contado a partir de la fecha de publicación del presente decreto, adelantará los trámites para tal fin.
