Articulo 13. A las sociedades y entidades extranjeras que de conformidad con el artículo 6º del Decreto 2053 de 1974 son contribuyentes, se les continuará aplicando el régimen señalado para las sociedades anónimas colombianas, salvo cuando tengan restricciones expresas.
