Artículo veinticuatro. Si el Ministerio lo estimare conveniente, puede designar un Inspector que supervigile especialmente el cumplimiento de las obligaciones del beneficiario del permiso. En todo caso, puede comisionar a cualquiera de sus funcionarios para practicar visitas periódicas a las zonas en que haya concedido permisos, a fin de hacer efectiva la supervigilancia a que se refiere el inciso anterior.
