º El Habilitado asegurará su manejo con caución hipotecaria, con arreglo a las disposiciones del Código Fiscal. Fíjese por ahora el monto de la caución que debe prestar en la cantidad de dos mil pesos, la cual puede aumentarse por el Gobierno cuando las circunstancias lo exijan.
